 ESP LTD M-53 Electric Guitar Here you go, a LTD ESP with a Maple Neck- they just started making some of their LTD Guitars with maple necks (my favorite). Used to be you could only get a maple neck if you purchased the high dollar ESP models. My wife and I have purchased 3 LTDs for my Son and we have no complaints whatsoever; very nice guitars.

 Ibanez Artcore AFS75T Electric Guitar Artcore, another nice Ibanez Guitar. My Nephew-In-Law uses this exact guitar (a blue one) in a Jazz-Oriented Rock Band and he really cooks. I played it a little-bit unplugged and it has a nice acoustic sound which makes it very versatile: great for when you can't plug-in or don't feel like it. Excellent for Chuck Berry type licks.  Fender® Deluxe Zone Bass This would be my pick for the ultimate Bass Guitar, after all it was Fender that invented the first electric bass in 1951 so they might know what they're doing? Actually at my church one of the bass players uses one set up very similar to this one, and to me it has the sweetest sound of all the other basses; which is why I chose it. It has both Jazz and Precision Pickups which allows you to experience both a Jazz and Precision Bass in one guitar.

 Ibanez GSR200 4-String Bass Ibanez wins my second pick for best Bass Guitar and at a really reasonable price too. It's also is equipped with both Jazz and Precision Bass Pickups which allows you to experience both at the same time and see which type you prefer; which could save you from buying another bass at a later date. As I write this, the Ibanez GSR200 4-String Bass has a rating of 4-1/2 Stars and very good reviews.

 Korg AX3G Multi Effects Pedal for Guitar No this isn't a Amp but it does work with the Pignose G40V 40-Watt "All-Tube" Amplifier without making an unbearable hum or hiss. Which is something that the DigiTech RP80 Modeling Guitar Processor doesn't do. The RP80 works great with solid state amps but not with tube amps; not the G40V anyway. And since I researched the AX3G, and it works with the G40V I thought I'd put it here and maybe save someone from the same trouble I had.

 Creative Concepts Guitar Chord Guru Book Trouble playing chords? besure to get this book. I was having trouble playing chords and this book corrected my problem in minutes. Karl Aranjo has the knack when it comes to teaching guitar: things I wasn't getting at all he made simple for me to understand. I've learned so much from this book and I'm not even half way through it.

 Creative Concepts Guitar Scale Guru Book Haven't purchased this book yet but I plan too. If Karl Aranjo does as well with his scale book as he did with his Creative Concepts Guitar Chord Guru Book it's got to be the scale book to have. He makes the complicated simple.

 Korg GA-30 Guitar & Bass Tuner We've used this tuner on several electric guitars: my Mexican Strats, and my Son's ESPs and as beginners we've had no problems tuning-up (unlike the other tuner we tried). Just make sure you turn-up the volume on the guitar so your pickups are active and you should have no problem. The Korg GA-30 Guitar & Bass Tuner was specially made to tune Guitars: Electric 6-Strings, 7-Strings and Bass Guitars. It also has a mic, and tones to tune up your Acoustic Guitars too.
